At Gadgets Garage, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process for all products sold through our store.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Return authorization must be obtained before shipping items back

Non-Returnable Items

Opened electronics with broken factory seals
Items damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper installation
Products with removed or altered serial numbers
Personal use items such as earbuds with used ear tips

Return Process

Contact us at info@gadgets-garage.com with your order number and reason for return
We will provide a return authorization and return shipping address
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrectly shipped. In those cases, we will cover return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
